Rainbow Moon Services was established in 2004. The company is still classified as a small business in terms of its assets base, staff complement and annual turnover. The business is owned by a black African woman who is South African by birth. As a business we pride ourselves in the kind of skills mix that we offer to our clients. The business is owned and managed by an African woman, who holds a PhD, as well as an MBA Degree. The skills profile for the business includes that of project management skills. Some of our contract managers have completed learnerships with big companies that are well-known in the country.

THE OWNER
Dr. Nomusa Zethu Qunta (known as Zethu) holds a PhD in Philosophy Governance, a Masters of Commerce Degree from the University of Pretoria and Masters of Business Administration from Oxford Brookes University. She is the founder of Rainbow Moon Services. Prior to her becoming an independent business woman, she worked for various organisations, mainly Government departments and Parastatals. She is a hands-on type of leader who strongly believes in Batho Pele principles.
